School-Time Activities Include
Hockey Coaching Tennis Coaching
GAA Coaching
- Swimming classes will take place for 3rd classes in term 1 and for 2nd classes in term 2
- Tennis with a coach from Donabate Portrane Tennis club
- GAA during school with a GAA coach and after school for the school team with Ms Martin & Ms MacDonald
- Hockey during school hours with a coach from Hockey Ireland
- Choir with Ms Meade
- Library Visits – classes are brought to visit Donabate Library, meet the librarians and borrow books. This is in addition to being able to borrow books from our own school library.
- School Show every four years we have a school show with performances for the public taking place in the Spring. 2018/2019 is the year for our next show the Wizard of Oz
(It is not possible to offer all of the above activities to all classes but all classes will participate in some of the activities.)
Extra-Curricular Activities Outside school hours
We also provide a range of after school extra-curricular activities including :
- Before and After School Care and out of school time camps with Sherpa Kids on the school premises
